The market price of isobutyraldehyde increased from 8233.33 yuan/ton at the beginning of the month to 9000.00 yuan/ton at the end of the month, an increase of 9.31%, and the price at the end of the month increased by 45.95% year-on-year. The upstream raw material market prices have significantly increased, and due to the impact of supply and demand, the support for the price of neopentyl glycol has increased.

Looking at the future market, the overall trend of neopentyl glycol in mid to early October may fluctuate slightly and rise mainly. The upstream isobutyraldehyde market has slightly increased, with good cost support. The downstream paint market is average, and the enthusiasm for downstream procurement has weakened.
